Our Pinot Gris grapes are grown in the Whitlands region of North East Victoria with high elevation that suits Pinot Gris variety.
Our production follows the traditional French styling which results in a fresh, crisp palate with honey and pear characters.
The grapes are whole bunch pressed gently to avoid picking up colour and any bitterness. The juice is fermented to dryness in a stainless steel tank and then bottled soon after it finishes settling.
